Day 1
Sydney Arrival & Sightseeing Arrive in Sydney, transfer to hotel and check-in. Explore iconic sights: Harbour, King Cross, Macquarie Street, Government Buildings, and enjoy a 1-hour Opera House Guided Tour. In the afternoon, visit Bondi Beach. Evening dinner cruise with spectacular views.
Day 2
Newcastle & Hunter Valley
Check out and head to Newcastle via Yengo National Park, with stops at Wollombi and Cessnock. Check-in at Newcastle hotel.
Full-day Hunter Valley wine tour: Visit Audrey Wilkinson, Brokenwood, and Tyrrell's for wine tastings, including VIP experiences and lunch.
Day 3
Hunter Valley Wine School & Flight to Adelaide
After breakfast, visit Hunter Valley Wine School for a two-hour wine education session. Later, fly to Adelaide (after 6 PM). Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Adelaide & Barossa Valley

Flight to Melbourne, check-in at hotel. Enjoy a Yarra Valley wine tour with tastings at wineries, a cheese producer, a chocolate factory, and Four Pillars Gin distillery. Lunch at a winery restaurant (own expense).
Day 6
Mornington Peninsula Wine Tour
Explore Mornington Peninsula’s scenic vineyards: Yabby Lake Vineyard, Crittenden Estate, Quealy Vineyard, and lunch at Merricks General Store. Enjoy chocolate at Mornington Peninsula Chocolates and cheese at Red Hill Cheese.

Departure from Melbourne
